How will I receive my photos?
Your photos will be delivered digitally through a google drive link.
When will I receive my photos?
Real estate photography sessions include a 24 hour turnaround, so expect to see your photos within 24 hours of the end of the photography appointment.
Who needs to be at home for the real estate shoot?
I can use a contractors lockbox (the ones with an alphanumeric code) to access the home for a photography session with the homeowner’s permission. Unfortunately I cannot use the Realtor’s standard blue lockbox. Otherwise, you or the homeowner will need to be on site to let me in at the time of the appointment.

Yes, we offer drone services as part of our packages, providing aerial views that enhance property listings and marketing materials.
What is included in a typical package?
A typical package can include high-resolution photos, a full video tour, drone footage, and social media clips, depending on your needs.
What happens if there’s bad weather on the day of the shoot?
If weather conditions are not ideal, we can reschedule the shoot at no additional cost or adjust our plan to focus on interior shots.
What is your turnaround time for photos and videos?
Our standard turnaround time is 24 hours for photos and 5-7 days for videos. We also offer expedited services for an additional fee.
